This is a particularly good fit for SizeMyHomeLab's power/quiet priority because efficiency is a system property, not simply a low-TDP CPU label.

Form factor should follow expansion and storage needs. Ultra-small systems can be efficient compute nodes, while drive-heavy storage may justify a larger chassis.
